How to Log In or Sign Up

Option 1: If you use Google or Microsoft

1. Click the Google or Microsoft button.

2. Sign in with your personal email and password.

3. That’s it! You’re all done and ready to fill out your form or check your list.

Option 2: If you don't have a Google or Microsoft account

1. Click the button that says Create an Account.

2. Check your email for a message from this site.

3. Open the email and click the link to confirm your account.

   • Tip: If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder!

4. You need to click the link within 1 day (24 hours). If it expires, just click Resend Verification Email on the login screen to get a new one!
